In the beautiful town of Salinas, Hacienda las Carolinas is established. Our Hacienda extends from the mountains of Puerto Rico to the Caribbean Sea. Located within our 2,300 acres of land are feeding lots for bulls, cattle pastures and different field plantings for fruit production. Three other divisions or ranches throughout the island, property of Hacienda Las Carolinas, specialize in the cow/calf production to supply the main farm with bulls and heifers. Our farm counts on a modern system of irrigation as well as a mechanized system for hay production and cattle feeding. Highly experienced cattle tenders supervise our cattle from day to day. They meticulously look out for health and required nutrition in order to obtain the best meat in our country, from Hacienda Las Carolinas.
